Right when I thought I'd be having more free time, it somehow slips through my fingers.

Anyway, things are more hectic than ever, but I'm in the process of trying to see whether I'll be able to put out a very 'different' video than the ones I've been posting in the past. I thought I'd have it figured out by this week, but it's looking like it'll still be a little while before I know for sure whether it'll be viable.

I should also be getting a pair of those new padded shorts produced by femskin, so I'll make sure to take lots of pictures and let you all know how they are! So get excited!

In general I've been exhausted since work has gotten totally crazy for me, plus dealing with the holidays is... tiring. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about, but I certainly plan on having something new in the coming weeks.

Anyway, I'm gearing up to trying to be more regular about this site, but I won't be able to get back fully into it with multiple posts a week for another few weeks at least.
So, as of now I'm just working my butt off and only getting to keep enough money to live relatively frugally, without being able to save up a whole lot. So good news for those of you interested in seeing regular clothes instead of latex (cause I really can't afford latex at the moment) =/

Also, there have been some recent events that are turning out to be quite interesting, but I want to wait until they develop a bit further before blabbing about them.



I'm also going to backup a bunch of my older pictures, so I'm going to post some here sporadically before I do, enjoy!

Hey, nobody forces you to buy these videos! The internet is still a free place: Anima is free to post what she wants and to charge what she wants (and try to make money out of it in the process). And we the audience are free not to buy the videos or pictures if we think they are a waste of money or not to our liking. Or stop buying them altogether if we're disappointed too many times.

As for myself, I come here mainly to see the Femskin in action, so no, I did not buy the dancing video. The previews and description made it clear that there wouldn't be any Femsin nudity in there so I just didn't buy it. It's as simple as that.

Anima: keep up the good work and even when I know you're more into latex hopefully we can enjoy some more Femskin soon?

Anyway, to give some context to what has been going through my head in terms of my site/s and content; a week or two back I met up with The Man (TM) I don't know any other aliases, we talked for a couple hours and it ended up opening my eyes to a lot of things regarding my site, my content, but most importantly my masking and fetish related indulgences.

I've had an interest in latex and masking since puberty, it wasn't until 2003 that I started exploring my fetishes because of a relationship. In 2006 I ended up making a blog, not for self-promotion, but to document my thoughts and experiences with my exploration of these interests in such a way that would be palatable to my girlfriend, since I was still trying to introduce her to the fetish world.

Since then the relationship has ended, but the blog has remained. I liked that I had something of an audience and I also liked being able to contribute some amateur pictures to the community every now and then.

My first video was actually shot by accident, since I thought I was taking a picture, but I had actually hit the video-button instead. I let the files sit on my computer for a few months until I told one of my online buddies about them and they expressed some interest in checking them out. When I heard the reaction I saw that there may actually be an audience for such content. I tried to post it here on this blog, but I was quickly asked to take it down since it was considered pornographic. I then tried to sell these items via paypal, but then had my paypal account put on hold since they had been flagged. I eventually found the site that I'm now hosting my content. This site gives me very little say in how much is charged per-video and I see very little of the amount paid.

Initially it was great to be able to recoup some of the costs of my latex and mask collection. So I ran with it, I figured that I would post content when I felt like it and any of the money made from the content would be put back into fetish or video-editing related purchases, which it has.

Over the years I've sunk thousands of dollars into my collection and have only made hundreds back. So it has never been my intention to make this any sort of business or living, since I'm not living on any of the money made from my content. However, it created an odd dynamic between me and my viewers. I recognize that since you are paying for pictures and videos, you now feel as though you have a stake or a say in what I post. I entertained this notion for quite a while and over time I unconsciously started treating my fetish like a job.

It wasn't until I talked to TM that I recognized just how far away I've gotten from my initial reasons in making this site. I thought back and noticed that every time I'd get suited up I was no longer getting tingles of excitement with dressing, but rather it felt as though I was putting on an elaborate work-outfit. For the past year almost, there have only been a handful of occasions where I've actually felt excited about dressing.. and that thought just makes me want to stop dressing altogether.

Anyway, I appreciate the felicitous, and to a lesser degree the specious arguments (more of a humorous appreciation) posed by a few of my commentors. However, I've been re-thinking my fetish and this site in general.
At the moment I think I'm going to take it back to basics, where I'll use this site more as a forum for discussion and fetish related thoughts and anecdotes. I'll still post content, but only when I feel compelled to. This probably means I won't be posting as often, but I'm sure that what I do post will be of higher quality (not higher production).

As a final note:
This site started out as a labor of love and I intend on bringing it back to that place, even if it means I'll be forced to curtail my fetish spending since I'll be making less (or nothing) from it.
This may frustrate the majority of my audience, however it will surely please my quality visitors, friends, and most importantly, myself.

Lag

So as you all have seen, there's been somewhat of a lag in my content. As I indicated before, I have a lot of other things going on in my life at the moment. So I'd appreciate some patience on your end, however it's not necessary. (not necessary in that I'll take the time I need regardless of what anyone says)

I also want to say that the more I hear orders about what I should or have to be doing, the longer I'll wait to dress and the longer I'll take to post, since I certainly don't feel obligated to post anything here, ever.

So please, if you have any comments or suggestions, say it in a nice way.

Finally, this is only directed to one or two obnoxious 'anon' posters, to the rest of you, I appreciate your patience and/or constructive comments.

After taking the pictures from my last set; Rubber Jeans. I ended up shooting one of my older-style dance videos (partially by request, partially for fun).
I ended up getting so hot and bothered in it that I ended up having to 'finish' myself off, with the help of my vibrating bullet.

I'm also wearing the silicone mask in it. I actually think it looks alright in this video (for those of you who seem to hate it)

Life update

Hey y'all.

I apologize for the huge lack of updates recently. Things in my personal life have just been going absolutely insane! Most aspects of my life; work, academic, romantic, recreational, and even platonic areas have all just fallen apart all at once.
I'm not a wreck or anything, but I've just been busy trying to maintain + reconstruct things. I know it's vague, but I just wanted to let everyone know I'm still alive and still has the desire to mask and all that fun stuff. It's just that there's too much stuff happening at the moment.

However, I do plan on making at least a couple updates soon, however that very well may be after this week. Since this week is going to be extremely hectic =O

A small update

I recently compiled all my pictures from 2008 and put it up in my 'archives' section of the 1.50 store. It's at the very bottom of the bar on the right.
Anyway, I didn't realize how many pictures I took that year! It turned out to be 1118 photos all together, which is absurd!

I also cleaned up the 1.50 store section, removing a number of items that were collecting dust. However, I included them into my 'everything' special (in the specials section) so they're not lost!

A week

It's been a week since my last post and I'm still unsure as to what to report on.

I was going to post something about making a new purchase, however the summer has been tough and between now and the middle of september my funds are extremely low. So unfortunately that won't be on the plate.. yet.
I have an idea of what my next photo-shoot and/or video will involve, but I don't want to ruin the surprise!

Anyway, I'm being reminded as to why summer is not the season for masking. For the past week it's been in the high 80's & 90's, which has been ridiculous! However I do plan on getting suited up again relatively soon.

PPGS: Prototype (a new photo-set)

Prostitution has become an ever-growing problem in our cities and towns, and preventing such illicit activity has become increasingly difficult, not to mention dangerous for undercover agents.
So we have created the PPGS (Prostitution Prevention Gender Suit) in an attempt to allow trained male agents to enter the dangerous world of prostitution in order to stop it from the inside.

Bear in mind this is only a prototype, but the present model is both knife and low-caliber bullet resistant as well as feminine in appearance. However we are still working on a more realistic looking model. So keep posted for developments

Lemons

Well, I finally suited up earlier tonight, which ended up being a hellish endeavor. I'll fill you all in with the details later, however the first part of the evening that went horribly wrong was that my aviator suit ripped!!!
It was probably my most expensive latex-purchase ever and I only got to wear it twice!
I'm quite upset. Anyway, to remind you all of what outfit I'm talking about, this is it:

life intervenes

I was just about to dress the other day, then my outfit didn't entirely work and I had social plans later that night. So I had to cancel on the 'shoot'
hehe

I've realized that it takes me freakin' forever to dress up these days!
I'd estimate that on average it takes me about an hour to get fully dressed, which is (for the most part) a labor of love, but I absolutely hate the undressing + cleaning.

Anyway, I've been considering buying a new garment recently, but have been a little apprehensive about it since money is tight and it's a little out of my price-range at the moment.. which is unfortunate since I feel like (regarding the pictures and videos) I enjoy dressing up most when I have something new to show off.. or if I have a really good idea for a clip, but as of lately my mind has been a blank... and the weather has been a little hot.

I'm also trying to keep my bank account from being empty so I can afford a new mask, whenever a new and exciting one surfaces.
I would go for the 'rubber sisters' mask, but I think it's FAR far too expensive for what it is.
so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for something!!

Collection & Review

Over the past few weeks I've realized that my collection of cross dressing clothing, latex, masks, wigs, and other feminine paraphernalia has become fairly massive. So much so that it's literally overflowing from the room I dedicated to it into another room. Which is fairly absurd.

Anyway, though the years I've gotten a number of e-mails asking where I get my clothes, latex, masks, etc. So I figure that I'll just list a few of the places where I've gotten my items as well as my experiences with various companies.

Masks: Femask
I actually got this mask through a trade with a friend. So I never actually interacted with the company itself, however the mask itself looks pretty fantastic, however with my head-size, it's a little uncomfortable to wear. Also, I'm not a huge fan of painted eyes (cause I can't see out of them! hehe)

Greyland Film
Definitely my favorite mask manufacturer presently on the market. Everything is reasonably priced, the masks fit fantastically, and it's always a pleasure to order from them.

Latex:Skintwo/Honour
They're basically the same store and are basically the 'old navy' of the latex clothing industry. Everything is fairly cheap, however the quality I find to be well above average.
In general I've had very good experiences dealing with them.

Nimues
I've noticed that they've recently updated their website and clothing line, so I don't know if my experience with them would still be indicative of how they are now. Buuuut, I had a horrible time buying a latex catsuit from them. First, the fit was completely off. Second, it took 5 months for the order to be made and arrive, yes, 5 months. It was absolutely absurd, especially after they told me that it would only be 1 month! So it definitely gets a thumbs down from me.
However, on the plus side, the prices are good.

Libidex
What can I say? Their stuff is amazing! The only drawback is that orders tend to take about 1.5 to 2 months to arrive, but they're definitely worth the wait!

Westward Bound
Much like SkinTwo and Honour, Westward Bound is fairly cheap and of high quality. Plus their shipping time is really low (usually).

DeMask
Pricey! Pricey! Pricey!
Personally I'm not a huge fan of their designs, mostly being somewhat dated and well, eastern european. However, the one reason to definitely shop though them is if you're in the market for thick (not heavy) latex. Also, the quality is pretty top notch, but is out of proportion with their prices in my opinion.

Simon O.
I absolutely LOVE Simon O. They have amazing designs AND their latex has this wonderful aroma to it (weird, but true). The only thing that keeps me from shopping with them more often is their prices, however the price certainly matches their quality.

Marquis
Generally overpriced in my opinion.
but from my one and only experience with them, they're definitely a respectable company with nice items.

ebay
Is a mixed bag, as all of you probably already know. I've gotten a number of cheap, great items from ebay. However, I have gotten swindled a couple times as well, so buyer-beware!

Betty LaBamba
I've bought a couple items from the now defunct company, I had great experiences and was really pleased by the quality of the items!
How unfortunate.

Girl Clothes:Macys
There are some great items, but generally too expensive in my opinion.

Target
I've actually done most of my shopping here. The prices are quite reasonable and products are great, plus shipping is super fast and you always know exactly what you're getting.

Amazon
Much like ebay, you never really know what you're getting. However, I personally think that Amazon is much more respectable than e-bay in many regards, however their prices tend to be much higher. =(

Dots
I've only ordered some jewelry from here, however the website is neat and their prices are good. Although I can't say anything about the general quality of their clothes.

Hot Topic
Reasonably priced, but poor quality, although many of their designs can't be found elsewhere. So it's a trade-off, all in all I've had good experiences with them though.

ETC...FemSkin
I don't know if I have to write much here. I've had absolutely fantastic experiences with FemSkin. Sure, their items may seem a little pricey, but they're definitely worth it. Plus, where else are you going to get the stuff that they sell?

Random subjects

Alright, I haven't been at the computer much in the last few days, so it's put a lag on things. I did just recently add the 'body shots' photo series to my membership site. On that subject, I'm still in the process of trying to get some realistic shape. Hopefully in the next few dressing sessions I'll be able to get rid of a few of those flaws, I have some ideas, but they're gonna be a pain in the butt.. literally! hehe
(since I'm adding to the rear and all)

About the mask, I don't want to advertise too much about the maker since many of you seem to dislike it so much and I don't want for them to get bad advertising, but if you're really dying of interest you can e-mail me at anima8_3@yahoo.com
Anyway, it is silicone, it is air-brushed.
The poor fit is my fault, it was done primarily over the phone/long distance, long story short, my head is far too large for the mask. I think it would be pretty fantastic on someone who doesn't have an abnormally large head, unfortunately I have a big melon.
I have a female friend who is especially petite who I think it would fit perfectly, however I don't know her that well and I don't want to entirely weird her out. However, if I get the courage up and think of a good excuse, I'll try to get her in it and take some pics.. Also nothing sexual is going on with this friend (nor do I want anything sexual to happen), she just has a smaller head than mine and would be a perfect candidate to wear it. And there's definitely a part of me dying to see how this mask would look on a smaller head (although her's may be too small)

As a final note about the mask, it moves quite uniquely. I'll put a short video up here to demonstrate what I'm talking about within the next week.

Authenticity

Another new photo-set showing off the new mask! There are 32 pictures of which you can find in the 1.50 store.
Anyway, in this picture set I'm wearing my new mask and some clothes that a girl I'm dating left at my house. She seems to be a little careless where she leaves her things and the curiosity just got to me and I had to see if some of her clothes fit, and they did! I've also realized how difficult it is to find a good pair of jeans! All the jeans I've bought online never fit quite right or felt soft or worn in, thus I've come to realize that there is no substitute for the real thing.. which is unfortunate cause they're not mine and when she comes-a-lookin I'll give them back, leaving them where she left them (since I'm not a kleptomaniac)

About the mask:
It's a custom made silicone mask, it cost me a pretty penny and I'm not 100% sure how I feel about it yet. After a few more times putting it on and perhaps taking some videos I (and you) will have a better idea of how it is.

About the femskin:
I actually think I'm going to do something with it as is. So I'm no longer planning on putting it on e-bay =(
but who knows, I may change my mind.
