Hello! Yes, it's the Carmen mask from CreaFX, it's also the "regular" version. Head circumference is 23.5" and I'm not telling you my weight! especially to provide a point of reference for a mask, if you were asking about a garment, that would (possibly) be a different story. Anyway, I hope that helps!
